Mr. Henry is President of Legacy Partners Residential, Inc. (LPRI) and has been involved exclusively in multifamily real estate acquisitions/development, financing, asset and property management, and dispositions for nearly 40 years. He joined the Western Region of Lincoln Property Company, Legacy’s predecessor organization, in 1973 and was promoted to Senior Vice President in charge of all residential operations of the Western Region in 1995. In 1998, when the Western Region became an independent company operating under the “Legacy Partners” name, Mr. Henry became the President and Chief Operating Officer of LPRI, and has continued as its President only since 2001. Mr. Henry is widely recognized as a leading expert on multifamily real estate and is frequently invited to speak at conferences and participate in industry panels. Mr. Henry serves on the Executive Committee of the National Multi-Housing Council. He is a member of the Policy Advisory Board of the Center for Real Estate at the University of California at Berkeley. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and is a former Board Member of Mercy Housing, a non-profit affordable housing organization which has participated in the development, preservation and/or financing of more than 36,900 affordable homes in the United States. Mr. Henry received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from University of Puget Sound.

Mr. Hays is Executive Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Legacy Partners Residential, Inc. (LPRI), positions he has held since January 2009. He has been involved exclusively in multifamily real estate acquisitions/development, financing, asset and property management, and dispositions for over 26 years. Mr. Hays joined the Western Region of Lincoln Property Company, Legacy’s predecessor organization, in 1986 and was promoted to Vice President of Finance for all residential operations of the Western Region in 1995. In 1998, when the Western Region became an independent company operating under the “Legacy Partners” name, Mr. Hays became Senior Vice President Finance of LPRI. In 2001, Mr. Hays became Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and in 2008, he became Senior Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company in 1986, Mr. Hays was with Kenneth Leventhal and Company, a CPA firm specializing in real estate, in Dallas, Texas where he earned his Certified Public Accountant designation. Mr. Hays is an active member of the National Multi-Housing Council and serves on the Multifamily Council of the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Hays received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oral Roberts University.
Mr. Jeffrey K. Byrd

Mr. Byrd is Senior Managing Director of Northern California for Legacy Partners Residential, Inc. (LPRI). He has been involved exclusively in real estate acquisition, development, finance, management and disposition for over 24 years. He joined the Western Region of Lincoln Property Company, Legacy’s predecessor organization, in 1990 and was promoted to Vice President in 1995. In 1998, when the Western Region became an independent company operating under the “Legacy Partners” name, Mr. Byrd became Senior Managing Director of Northern California for LPRI. Before joining Lincoln Property Company, Mr. Byrd was responsible for financing and developing multi-family communities with Property Company of America (a spin-off of Lincoln Property Company) in Texas, Colorado and California. Mr. Byrd supports a number of non-profit educational organizations in his local community and has volunteered his expertise in various capacities to facilitate the development of educational campuses for these organizations. These organizations include the Odyssey School, the Wornick Jewish Day School and two campuses for the Hausner Jewish Day School. Mr. Byrd received his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Baylor University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. O’Brien started work with Legacy Partners Residential, Inc. (LPRI) in 2008 and now is Senior Managing Director of Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada. He has been involved exclusively in real estate acquisitions, development, financing, management, and dispositions for over 22 years, holding positions such as West Coast Operating Partner for Fifield Companies (2005 to 2008) and Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for Lincoln Property Company (1999 to 2005). During the course of his career he has overseen the acquisition/development, financing, and management of over $1 billion of high rise residential property. He has also developed approximately 1 million square feet of office and industrial product. Mr. O’Brien is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council and the Urban Land Institute. He is also a member of the California Board of Directors for Mercy Housing, a not-for-profit affordable housing organization which has participated in the development, preservation and/or financing of more than 36,900 affordable homes in the United States. Mr. Nicholson started work with Legacy Partners Residential, Inc. (LPRI) in 1999 and now is Senior Managing Director of the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Nicholson has been involved exclusively in real estate acquisitions, development, financing, management, and dispositions for over 30 years. Prior to joining LPRI, he had a career in commercial real estate procuring over $2 billion in debt and equity commitments as a senior manager for firms such as GE Capital, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo. Mr. Nicholson has served on the Advisory Board of the University of Washington’s Center for Community Development and Real Estate and the Advisory Board for the Washington State University. He is on the Executive Committee of the Seattle District Council of the Urban Land Institute and an active member of the Master Builder’s Association. He is also a Co-Chair of the Public Relations Committee for the Quality Growth Alliance. Mr. Nicholson has been on the Board of the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Seattle since 1990. Mr. Nicholson graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley and holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Gillies started work with Legacy Partners Residential, Inc. (LPRI) in 2006 and is Senior Managing Director for Colorado. Mr. Gillies has been involved exclusively in real estate acquisitions, development, financing, management, and dispositions for over 19 years. In his current role, he is responsible for all residential development and acquisitions in Colorado and Utah. Mr. Gillies worked for LPRI in the Denver office in 1996-97 as a Development Manager. In addition, Mr. Gillies has worked for JPI Development Partners, BRE Properties and LNR Property Corporation. Mr. Gillies received Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Denver. He has been an active member of the Apartment Association Metro Denver, Denver Board of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. He is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado.

Mr. Stuart started work with Legacy Partners Residential, Inc. (LPRI) in 2004 and now is Senior Managing Director of Texas. Mr. Stuart has been involved exclusively in real estate acquisitions, development, financing, management, and dispositions for over 28 years. Prior to joining LPRI, Mr. Stuart held the roles of Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and President for the Palladium Group, where he successfully organized and grew a new U.S. division for a European based, multi-national real estate firm. Mr. Stuart was a key player in the initial public offering (IPO) of the multifamily REIT Walden Residential Properties, Inc. Since 1994, he has been directly responsible for $415 million of mid and high rise multifamily development and multifamily acquisitions in excess of $230 million. Mr. Stuart serves on the National Association of Home Builders’ Multifamily Leadership Board. He is a member of the Home and Builder’s Association of Greater Dallas and the Urban Land Institute. He is a member and previously served as an officer of the Real Estate Financial Executives Association of Dallas. Mr. Stuart has also been an associate member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT). Mr. Stuart holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the University of Connecticut. He previously held Series 7 and 63 licenses from the National Association of Securities Dealers.

Ms. Foster is Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Legacy Partners Residential, Inc. (LPRI), positions she has held since 2007 and 2004, respectively. Ms. Foster has been involved exclusively in real estate accounting, auditing, reporting, banking, and income tax returns for over 29 years. She joined the Western Region of Lincoln Property Company, Legacy’s predecessor organization, in 1983 and became an officer of LPRI in 1998 when the Western Region became an independent company operating under the “Legacy Partners” name. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Ms. Foster worked for Williams & Wood LLP in Dallas, Texas, where she provided tax and audit services to real estate clients. Ms. Foster is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of the AICPA, the California society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Multi-Housing Council. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Baylor University.

Mr. Calleja is Senior Vice President of Finance for Legacy Partners Residential, Inc. (LPRI), a position he has held since 2008. In this role, he is responsible for closing acquisitions and dispositions, procuring debt financing, loan and credit facility administration, and asset and portfolio analytics. Mr. Calleja has closed acquisitions of over 12,000 units exceeding $2.5 billion in cost, loan refinancings of $500 million, and the disposition of over 16,000 units valued in excess of $2 billion. Mr. Calleja has been involved exclusively in real estate acquisitions/development, financing, and dispositions for over 16 years. He joined the Western Region of Lincoln Property Company, Legacy’s predecessor organization, in 1997 and became Vice President Finance of LPRI in 2003. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, he was a Real Estate Consulting Manager for Arthur Andersen, LLP. He is an associate member of the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Calleja graduated cum laude from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics, concentration in Finance. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

Mr. Morrison joined Legacy Partners Residential, Inc. (LPRI) in 1992 and is the Senior Vice President of Operations in Southern California. This responsibility includes approximately 10,000 apartment units, 225+ boat slips, and 110,000+ square feet of retail space, six District Property Managers and over 350 support staff. Additionally, he analyzes potential sites, markets, unit/site plans and develops lease-up/operating budgets for new apartment construction. Mr. Morrison has over 33 years of experience in multi-family management. Prior to joining LPRI, he was the Regional Vice President for Trammell Crow Residential in Arizona / New Mexico / West Texas, Regional Vice President for Granada Management Corporation in Florida, President/Principal for Saber Management in the Southwest, and Vice President for Southwest Management in Arizona. He is or has been on the Executive Committee of Apartment Associations in the counties of: Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego and the Inland Empire. Mr. Morrison earned his Masters of Business Administration degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and has been a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management since 1982.

Mr. King joined Legacy Partners Residential, Inc. (LPRI) in 1995 and is responsible for the overall property management operations in Arizona, Northern California, Las Vegas, and the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining LPRI, Mr. King was a Senior Property Manager for Pacific Union in the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in receiverships, asset management and property management. Mr. King was also owner and President of Crown West Corporation, a regional property management firm specializing in opening new developments, from 1984 through 1992. Crown West operated 12,000 apartments in four states during that time. Mr. King has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate management business and has personally had oversight responsibilities for over 50,000 apartment units. He served in Special Activities Squadron with the United States Air Force and attended Arizona State University.

Ms. Hutchison is a Regional Vice President for Legacy Partners Residential, Inc. (LPRI). She joined LPRI in 1992 and is currently is responsible for the property management of the Colorado Region. She relocated to Denver from Northern California, where her focus was the oversight of new development lease-up projects. Ms. Hutchison has over 20 years of multi-family experience having worked as both an on-site Business Manager and District Property Manager. She has led the successful lease-up of several projects in Northern California and Colorado. Ms. Hutchison’s ability to position assets to maximize value has earned her a much respected reputation, from both institutional and private owners. Ms. Hutchison serves as a President for the Colorado Apartment Association and is an Executive Board Member for the Apartment Association Metro Denver and the Joint Legislative Advisory Counsel. Ms. Hutchison is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and a CPM candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Recently in 2007, she led the Denver team to rank “Highest in Resident Satisfaction” according to J. D. Powers and Associates. Ms. Hutchison attended American River College in Sacramento, California and College of Marin in Kentfield, California.
