Legacy Partners Residential received six Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards nominations from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) for properties recognized as among the top in their class in the multifamily industry. The nominations included "Best Rental Apartment Community (non-garden, 5 stories or less)" for Legacy at Riverpark in Redmond, Washington; "Best High-Rise Apartment (9-plus stories)" for Legacy on the Lake in Austin, Texas; and "Best Mixed Use Community for 1600 Vine in Los Angeles (Hollywood), California. Other nominations included "Best Clubhouse," "Best Leasing or Sales Center," and "Best Property Web Site" for Legacy at Memorial in Houston, Texas.
