Fund I closed in July, 2005, with a total equity raised of $331.6M. Over the next 20 months, the Fund closed on a total of 32 assets. The composition of the assets consists of office and R&D. The properties are located in Northern California, Southern California, Denver and Seattle. To date, there have been 12 sales in Fund I.
Fund II
Fund II closed in October, 2006, with a total equity raised of $457.9M. Over the next 16 months, the Fund closed on a total of 29 assets. The composition of the assets consists of office, R&D, industrial and land. The properties are located in Northern California, Southern California, Denver and Seattle. To date, there have been 6 sales in Fund II.
Fund III
Fund I closed in September, 2008, with a total equity raised of $475M. Over the next 7 months, the Fund closed on a total of 10 assets. The composition of the assets consists of office and land. The properties are located in Northern California, Southern California and Denver. To date, there have been no sales in Fund III.
