Acquired from Hanson Aggregates in September 2007, the Pleasanton Land project represents an opportunity to entitle and develop a 320-acre site ideally located between two built-out suburban communities in the Tri-Valley market. Legacy Partners will re-entitle the land over a two to three year period to include re-zoning and development of site infrastructure. Upon successful entitlement, the Pleasanton Land project will offer a mix of uses that will include office, industrial, warehouse, retail and/or residential.
