Mr. Hays is President of Legacy Partners Residential, Inc. (LPRI). Mr. Hays oversees the management, operations and financial affairs of the Legacy Residential entities and is involved in setting company strategy and monitoring performance. Since joining Legacy Partners in 1986, he has overseen the acquisition/development of over 20,000 units exceeding $3.25 billion in cost. Prior to joining Legacy Partners, Mr. Hays was with Kenneth Leventhal and Company, a CPA firm specializing in real estate. Mr. Hays is an active member of the National Multi-Housing Council and serves on the Multifamily Council of the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Hays received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oral Roberts University.
