As Executive Managing Director and CFO of Legacy Partners Residential, Inc. (LPRI), Mr. Hays oversees the finance, accounting, and administrative operations of the company. Mr. Hays has been with LPRI since 1986 and has over 26 years of multifamily real estate experience encompassing acquisitions, development, financing, asset and property management, and dispositions. Mr. Hays is also Executive Vice President of KBS Legacy Partners Apartment REIT and is an integral member of the senior management team responsible for investments, financing, asset management, and dispositions for the REIT. Mr. Hays is an active member of the National Multi-Housing Council and serves on the Multifamily Council of the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Hays received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oral Roberts University.
