Ted Tapfer, Managing Director, Acquisitions and Development
Mr. Tapfer has over 21 years of real estate experience and has been with Legacy for eight years. As Managing Director of Acquisitions and Development, he oversees the acquisition, financing, asset management, marketing, leasing and property management in San Diego and Orange Counties for Legacy Commercial. Prior to his tenure with Legacy, Mr. Tapfer was Development Manager at Panattoni Development in Southern California, Vice President at Secured Capital Corporation in its Investment Sales Group, and Vice President at ProLogis Trust working in the areas of acquisitions, due diligence and marketing. Mr. Tapfer holds a masters degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and a bachelors degree in Financial Services from San Diego State University. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in California and a member of NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
