Peter Llorente, Managing Director, Acquisitions and Development
Mr. Llorente has over 26 years of real estate experience and has been with Legacy for 11 years. As Managing Director of Acquisitions and Development in Legacy's Denver and Seattle regions, Mr. Llorente oversees the acquisition, financing, asset management, marketing, leasing and property management for Legacy Commercial. Prior to joining Legacy, he established the Rocky Mountain Office of the Panatonni Development Company. As Regional Vice President of Panatonni, he developed in excess of 800,000 square feet of office space totaling over $136 million in commercial development. Mr. Llorente holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Colorado. He is also a member of the Platte Valley Metropolitan District Board of Directors.
