Debra Smith, Chief Administrative Officer
Ms. Smith, who has been with Legacy Partners for 25 years, oversees all aspects of Legacy's property management, asset management, marketing, construction and architectural design activities. She also oversees a team of over 80 professionals, including twelve senior vice presidents, regional vice presidents and vice presidents. In addition, Ms. Smith is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the company's partners and third-party clients. Ms. Smith has held several senior positions with the company over the span of her tenure, and has played a major role in promoting the commercial portfolio and Legacy's visibility in the marketplace; as well as the development of the marketing strategies of Legacy's corporate parent company. Ms. Smith has over 28 years of real estate experience. In April 2007, Ms. Smith was awarded the Women of Distinction for Commercial Real Estate/Construction award presented by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. She attended Miami University and holds a California real estate sales license.
