Robert F. Phipps, Managing Director, Transaction Services
Mr. Phipps has over 26 years of real estate experience and has been with Legacy for 15 years. As Managing Director of Transaction Services, he is responsible for negotiating acquisitions and sales and coordinating transaction activities for Legacy Commercial. Prior to joining Legacy, Bob was the Vice President of Commercial Northern California for Maxim Property Management (formerly Prometheus Company), where he was responsible for a $435 million commercial portfolio and oversaw leasing, property management, construction and engineering. He has also worked at Trammel Crow Company and Coldwell Banker & Company. Mr. Phipps holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Davis and is a licensed real estate sales person in California.
